The staff helped me organize a helicopter ride over the glaciers. The unit was very clean upon arrival. I found the mountain view great. It was very easy to find the location, helpful after a long day.
The room had thin walls. I could hear conversations next door.

the mountain view was amazing. the staff helped me with my washing after i checked out. i took a walk around lake matheson while they did this.
the motel looks newly built though the room size is not that great. it felt a little cramped when i tried to cook.

The staff provided helpful local tips. The location is central. I could easily walk to the glow worm track.. and Lake Matheson. The view from the room of the mountains was beautiful. The kitchenette included ample storage space.
The walls are quite thin. I could hear conversations next door.

basic stay but view was ok
unreliable wificramped room
the wifi was a real issue. it kept disconnecting all the time, so i couldn't really do anything online. i also found the room felt a bit small. there wasnt much space to move around, especially when i tried to use the kitchenette. it was disappointing.
