pleasant and practical stay
clear instructions check-in process
the double room was clean and well-equipped. i appreciated the ease of the check-in process. kirsty sent clear instructions via text and email. she also checked to ensure everything was satisfactory (which i found thoughtful).
i noticed the access to the main road was a bit tight. visibility was limited when turning right from the parking area.

great studios for a quiet getaway
spacious room easy access good communication
The room was spacious and clean. i liked that access was easy. local attractions were close. communication with hosts was good. I appreciated the forest view behind the accommodation and the bakery in bedlington, it was really useful.
i found the access off and onto the main road a tight turn when entering. visibility from the right was poor when leaving the parking area.

washing up basin poor visibility
I must say that washing dishes in the same sink as washing oneself is not ideal. Perhaps a small washing up basin is something to consider. The access onto the main road involves a very tight turn entering, and visibility to the right when leaving the parking area is very poor.
