The breakfast selection featured many options. I found a variety of fresh fruits and pastries available. The staff was attentive. They ensured all tables were clean. Our room had a his and hers sink area. The shower was large. I also liked a good selection of drinks at the bar.
The gym was small, and I would have liked more equipment options.

Our suite featured a spacious layout. Two separate sinks made getting ready easy. The provided hot tub on the balcony offered a relaxing experience. The room included a complimentary mini bar, nice.

The staff was very friendly. They provided excellent service throughout the hotel. Reception booked taxis for us. They also provided walking routes. I found them very polite. All my email queries received quick replies.

Excellent Stay with Beach Access

I found the staff to be very friendly. The hotel sits in a fantastic location with easy access to Palma. The nearby beach is beautiful. It is only around 200 meters away. Breakfast offers many choices. It is a superb multi-choice buffet.
The hotel does not have dedicated parking. I found many spots right in front of the entrance.

The pool area is very nice and it has all necessary amenities. There are two pools including the gold level pool. a separate area. The breakfast quality was good.

We had a big room with comfy beds and a big balcony. The room includes a mini bar, however it only gets restocked with four little waters a day. The rooms are very clean.

The walls were thin and i could hear noises. the towels felt quite grey. the hotel could use some updating in areas. The shower had some rust.
