Fantastic Beachfront Getaway !

I loved the excellent location near the beach and shops. The breakfast selection was amazing with many choices. Staff members were friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk. I did not want to leave this excellent hotel.
I found the public parking situation limited near the hotel.

Charming Getaway Near the Sea

Our room, a Double Room Balcony, had a nice seating area on the balcony! I found the air conditioning worked efficiently. The minibar was quite handy for keeping drinks cold, though its selection was limited. The staff were very friendly, I liked the prompt service I got at the bar. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options. The nearby beach made daily seaside visits very easy, since it was just a short walk from the premises.
The elevator had a slight delay! It could be frustrating during peak hours.

thin wallsineffective air conditioning
the walls were thin. i could hear conversations in adjacent rooms and noise from the hallway disturbed sleep. the provided toiletries were sparce. i had to request additional shampoo and soap from reception. the air conditioning was ineffective. it struggled to cool the room even on the lowest setting.

The location worked well. The hotel sat just across the street from the beach. The staff was attentive to requests. They cleaned rooms every day.
I found the hotel to be old. It needed a overall refurb. The towels felt gray. The shower over the bath was dangerous because it had nothing to hold onto when getting in and out of the bath.

Breakfast staff was very attentive. The cleaning lady was amazing and did very good job. I found the location amazing because it was right in front of the beach. Lots of restaurants were available in the area too. I appreciated these aspects.
The pillows were not very comfortable. That was not ideal.

unreliable elevatorbroken balcony door
the elevator was unreliable i used it infrequently due to its inconsistent operation. the balcony door's locking mechanism failed requiring maintenance to repair it. the toilet constantly ran water creating a disruptive noise throughout the night also the receptionist was unfriendly to multiple guests
