We celebrated my wife's birthday with a lovely dinner. Rahul, Rohit, and Chef Sachin made it special with really good service. Chef Sachin even prepared parathas for our two-year-old. We received complimentary brownie ice cream and a mini cake cutting.

The ice bucket in our room had an unpleasant smell.

The staff greeted us with refreshing drinks and a complimentary room upgrade happened. Mr Subrato's Noor-e-Taj show offered an added touch of culture. This was a pleasant surprise. The pottery lesson became a favorite for the children.

The infinity pool has iconic views. It gave us fun memories. I noticed a poolside cafe with bar service and food. The hotel provided enough activities to keep guests occupied and relaxed.

The rooftop terrace was not like the photos I saw it looked like it was only decorated for weddings. I also found the noise insulation poor in my room. I could hear people in the hallway. It woke me up early each morning. The hotel needs better soundproofing, the doors are not soundproofed.
