fantastic stay
luxurious interior city view
the luxurious interior really stood out to me. the 18th-floor pool has city views in all directions. i found the mrt station convenient since it was right outside the hotel. the location made exploring the city easy and accessible.
i found the pillows in the room a little too soft and flat. it affected my sleep quality . i would appreciate firmer pillow options in the future.

the hotel is across the street from raffles. it is also a short walk to marina bay. the mrt station is conveniently located just outside the hotel entrance. this makes traveling very simple.

the executive lounge provides extensive food options throughout the day. the choices of alcohol during the two-hour cocktail hour impressed me. breakfast at the lounge was very delicious with diverse options available. i found it to be a highlight.

i observed that staff members consistently were really good too help guests. the team was very responsive and attended to requests efficiently. the service at the executive lounge was also prompt. i greatly appreciated it.

the bathroom had nice bath and shower products. the rooms were very clean and well-kept. i found the space functional and adequate. the setup allowed for easy relaxation after a day of exploring.

significant delay major letdown
I found the service quite frustrating. there was a significant delay during check-in because i was missing a document. while the front desk agent was helpful, the wait was still annoying. the biggest disappointment was the room itself. I received an "accessible room" on the 3rd floor, a major letdown. i requested a room change but was told nothing else was available, which put a sour end to my vacation.
