poor soundproofing constant noise
The room service was consistently available and helpful. This met my expectations.
I found a serious issue with noise. There was a distinct lack of soundproofing. noise from the corridor and doors slamming shut was constant. music began at 7am. This was a significant disturbance.

cozy daybeds great coffee shops beach proximity
this hotel is located about 300 meters from the beach. i found several great coffee shops near the hotel. the pool area had cozy daybeds i enjoyed (it was just what i needed!).

Convenient Location and Helpful Staff

The hotel's location is strategic for exploring. Kayu Aya street is a short walk away. The hotel restaurant featured a live band on Tuesdays and Fridays. The staff was very cute and helpful (they always greeted me with a smile). There is a convenience store nearby for necessities.
The rooms lack soundproofing. I could hear noise from the streets late at night, disruptive. This made it difficult to relax sometimes.

clean room free water handy location
I booked a beautiful room balcony pool view complimentary treats! the room was clean. Bottled water was free every day. the location is convenient, handy for cafes and restaurants. Plus the beach is nearby. I also found the value pretty good.

wow! what a stay!
clean room great a c
The rooms were nice and clean, i loved that the a/c worked so great. the pool was lovley. there is a nice bar for drinks when you are at the pool. There is a pool table also. i am so excited.
The walls are thin, so you can hear people in the hallway. the room next to ours had the tv on until early morning. This made sleeping difficult and the windows are no better.
