warm lobbygood room sizeclean onsen
The hotel lobby greets you warmly. Staff members check you in sitting down at a table instead of standing at a reception desk. Our room had a good size and amenities were restocked everyday. The onsen felt nice and clean.
The hotel laundry machines are difficult to access. Many guests seem to wait, and can argue over turns.

I found the room spacious enough with hallway space for my luggage. the room was clean and well equipped with amenities. the bathroom included a cute faucet for hand washing. The shower area counter was a good size for storing toiletries. the staff was pleasant. the blackout curtains were effective.
The onsen experience was not as expected. i noticed several guests not showering properly before entering. i saw some debris in the water. Clear instructions with illustrations should be included upon check-in.

The staff provided helpful assistance with luggage storage after checkout, which allowed me to explore the area freely. They also helped me arrange transportation, and all my inquiries were answered accurately and promptly. their attention to detail was excellent.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. the hotel was easily accessible via the subway. the room was super clean and cozy (i had a moderate king room).
my pillow selection was limited to thick pillows. the kitchen closes one hour before the restaurant does. i also found limited ability to turn the temperature down below 20c.

the hotel provided a welcome drink upon arrival, a very nice touch. the room had all necessary amenities, and it was quite spacious and clean. i found the public bath to be basic but well kept.
I encountered an issue with the washing machines. They were constantly in use. it was challenging to do laundry when needed. more machines would improve this service.
