charming stay

i stayed for five nights and found the in-room amenities quite useful. the availability of sleepwear and slippers was a VERY nice touch! staff transported luggage to the airport, that was helpful. convenient facial products including cleansing oil, wash, lotion, and emulsion were provided, which i appreciated.
The air conditioning took a LONG time to activate. It was quite noticeable. i had to wait a while before the room started to cool down.

my twin room offered a bathtub. i could see the garden from my window. the room was clean with modern features and it was spacious, with adequate space for luggage.

the hotel provided coffee in the lobby, always available to guests. the breakfast buffet offered variety and reasonable pricing. children under six eat free at breakfast which is a bonus for families.

the staff were kind, especially with luggage assistance. they cleaned and kept things tidy with garbage stickers available for labeling trash. the hotel provides cleaning service based on guest needs each day.

the hotel is next to a subway station, providing easy access. it is close to bus stops also. i found the imperial palace to be a short, two minute walk and several restaurants were nearby.

the location was excellent with a subway station nearby. the room was comfortable and spacious. breakfast offered a good selection of food and drinks.
the air conditioning took a long time to activate! i waited a half hour. there were no usbc outlets near the bed? the washers and dryers took two hours to complete a cycle.
