mixed feelings about this place
goodstandard of breakfastunfriendlyfront desk woman
the breakfast was actually pretty good, i guess.
the front desk person was definitely NOT friendly. she seemed annoyed that i even existed and REALLY didn't want to help with anything. i think a little customer service training might be helpful, possibly?!

a stay with some drawbacks
peeling paintroad noise
the room felt a bit dated. i found some peeling paint in the bathroom. also, the noise from the nearby road was persistent, it continued late into the night. it made it hard to sleep well.
The staff were very polite. Breakfast tasted very good. The staff worked hard and were lovely. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy.
i did not have ensuite facilities. I expected them. The wardrobe was not suitable for dresses. i was worried about fire safety because light streamed underneath the door.
the staff were friendly. the breakfasts were good quality. i found the restaurant particularly good and i enjoyed my meal. i thought the service was efficient.
the road outside was noisy throughout the night. i noticed the room was quite tired. i saw water stains near the ceiling and i wasn't happy with it.

small wardrobestiff door
the wardrobe was small, it did not accommodate my clothes properly. i had difficulty hanging everything i needed. also, the bathroom door was stiff. it needed two hands to open, so it made me worry about disturbing other guests.
I went there for a family meal. They accommodated 13 of us with ease! The breakfast was quality and cooked just as ordered. All the staff were cheerful. They provided excellent service.
The room got very warm. I even needed a fan to sleep !
