the receptionist was super friendly. She was happy to help US. the breakfast had so much food. it was better than most countries i have visited. the room was very clean and fresh with a balcony.
the tram was passing by, it meant that WE woke up at 6:00 in the morning. the windows didn't seal well and it was a bit cold. i paid a fine of 140€ for smoking on the balcony. they entered my room and took photos, this is completely unacceptable.

The noise from the trams kept me awake most nights. I really don't appreciate that. It was like the windows were always open.. I could hear everything. there was no safe in the room. I was expecting a bit more from the hotel, really.

the staff was always available. the rooms looked great also. the location was fantastic and i found everything necessary. i found the view from the window beautiful. the team was professional and kind.
the window curtains did not cover the entire opening. the windows are almost street level. that could be better.

The room was spacious and cozy! the balcony offered a beautiful view, it faced the nearby bridge. I found the location convenient. the breakfast was rich and varied, it was a wonderful start to my days there. the staff answered every question quickly and accurately.
i found the tram service adjacent to the hotel to be a bit noisy early in the morning.

i found my room very clean and modern. the bed was very comfy. breakfast was delicious and had much to eat each morning. the receptionist even lent us her own umbrella one morning, that was above and beyond.
