The room was spacious and cozy! the balcony offered a beautiful view, it faced the nearby bridge. I found the location convenient. the breakfast was rich and varied, it was a wonderful start to my days there. the staff answered every question quickly and accurately.
i found the tram service adjacent to the hotel to be a bit noisy early in the morning.

The superior room had ample space with a comfortable bed. The bathroom included a rainfall shower. two separate sinks allowed for convenience. Complimentary toiletries added to the experience.

i found my room very clean and modern. the bed was very comfy. breakfast was delicious and had much to eat each morning. the receptionist even lent us her own umbrella one morning, that was above and beyond.

the staff was very friendly and helpful when i needed something. the receptionist responded quickly and accurately. i thought the level of service was excellent and efficient.

Breakfast service was good. You order what you want. it was not a buffet. the breakfast included cheese, meats, fruit, and bread presented in the same way each day. the coffee was great.
