Breakfast was consistently good. Each morning I could eat a hearty meal. I used the spa services and found them quite relaxing. The hotel's location was also convenient for accessing various parts of the area. Public transportation was close.
The room A/C was weak and needed continuous running. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. This was a problem because the room tended to get too warm, especially during the day. I feel this aspect requires urgent attention.

I found several issues . The housekeeping was not up to par. I noticed stains on the carpet. The temperature in the room was hard to regulate. I tried adjusting the settings, yet it remained uncomfortably cold. There was also a distinct lack of soundproofing, I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. This.

the room was spacious and very clean i found the bed to be comfortable. i appreciated the proximity to both tram and bus stops making it easy to get into the city center. aldi was also close providing convenient options for groceries.
