dusty furniture bathroom mirror
the food came out quickly and was good.
I was a bit annoyed that the room wasn't as clean as i expected. There was some dust on the furniture and the bathroom mirror had streaks on it.. it wasn't terrible, but it did detract from the overall experience. i expected better attention to detail.

room decoration helpful staff friendly staff bathroom condition missing retile kitchen noise
the room was spacious and well-decorated. i found everything spotlessly clean. the staff were both helpful and friendly.
i noticed the bathroom could potentially use retiling and fresh paint. the slamming of the kitchen door below caused the floor to shake. these issues were minor, though.

Relaxing Stay with Excellent Food
friendly staff delicious lunch tasty breakfast
I found the staff friendly and helpful . The room was ready earlier than expected. This allowed me to settle in before a delicious Sunday lunch. Breakfast each morning was tasty and prepared to order with fresh orange juice. I enjoyed chatting with the staff.
I noticed that the evening meal I had was expensive. I thought the quality could have been better for the price I paid. This was the only slight letdown during an otherwise lovely stay.

The King Double Room was large and very clean. Fresh milk was available in a communal area for tea and coffee. The ensuite was modern and spotlessly clean with nice toiletries and towels.

The breakfast was excellent, prepared to order each morning. The orange juice tasted fresh. Dinner service was efficient. The atmosphere was relaxed during the evening.

The location is set in a peaceful countryside. It is a good base for exploring the surrounding area. The hotel offers plenty of off road parking, gated overnight for added security and peace of mind.

The staff was friendly. My room was clean and well-equipped. I appreciated the secure residents car parking as it was locked overnight.
I thought the evening meal was expensive. Breakfast felt overpriced. I found the ominous notices about breakfast charges a bit off-putting.
