i enjoyed the free prosecco because it was my birthday! the steak and chips were tasty. friendly locals chatted with guests. our room was in the attic and very quirky, i liked it!!!
parking was limited and chaotic. a local resident told me i parked on a private driveway. the curtains were thin and there was some noise.

The pub quiz was a fun addition to the evening. The food was good, I enjoyed the roast on the Sunday. The breakfast included in the stay was also a great perk.
The parking situation was chaotic. I parked where the sign indicated, but a local resident told me it was a private driveway. The curtains were thin, this let in a lot of light.

The staff was very friendly. the location was great.
The curtains were very thin. I could hear traffic noise throughout the night because the hotel is next to a main road and I found that very disturbing. It kept me awake.

The staff proved both friendly and cute. the evening meal tasted very good. i particularly enjoyed the real ale, king george. It enhanced my overall experience .
i found the limited parking to be quite chaotic! i parked in the area indicated by the sign, however, a local resident informed me that it was a private driveway.
