The staff was very cute upon arrival. They accommodated my requests at check-in. they even took my luggage to the room. the room was very clean and unique. i found the breakfast to be both buffet and a la carte.
I asked several times about the ac in my room. It was constantly at 16 celsius. the provided solution was just an extra blanket.

the breakfast offered a variety of options. staff was attentive. the restaurant and bar in the lobby offered a great starting point before exploring the city, which i liked.

The customer service at the hotel was excellent. i was welcomed with a welcome drink. the staff were always there to help and answer questions. they offer a pickup and drop-off service to the airport. It was reasonable.

The hotel is modern with many photo opportunity spaces. the layout is artistic. there are several points of access and they are well guarded. the pool is nice and warm. This felt good.

the rooms are well designed. they are also comfortable. the rooms are very large and comfortable. i liked that the rooms get cleaned daily and the king bed reminded me of a dream. temperature in the room is easy to adjust.

The hotel provided a very nice room. I was impressed with the breakfast buffet, it had a great fruit selection. The food tasted great too!
The hotel lacked storage space. I only had six hangers, no cabinets, or drawers. I had to unpack my items on the floor. It wasn't great for a hotel in its class.
