adequate stay but some issues
night noiseslow service
the street outside was quite noisy at night even with earplugs. i also found the service slow at times especially when i needed something specific. the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed with requests and it took a while to get assistance. i also was not impressed with the limited breakfast options on certain mornings the selection felt a bit repetitive

Charming Stay with Excellent Service

I found the rooftop bar quite trendy. The infinity pool looked amazing with beautiful city views. I really enjoyed the rain shower in my room. Mateo and Ago at the front desk were particularly helpful with local tips and they assisted when I accidentally locked myself out.
The street noise was noticeable at times , it disrupted sleep quality slightly.

The hotel is situated in El Poblado, it is known for its lively atmosphere. It allows easy access to many restaurants and bars. Exploring the surrounding area proved very convenient.

My suite was well-decorated and also relaxing. The bed felt comfortable with cloud-like pillows. I particularly enjoyed the rainfall shower. Everything was properly fitted out.

The hotel has a spa and a sauna on the top floor, this offered relaxation. The rooftop infinity pool provided fine city views. I found all facilities modern and well kept.

the location was acceptable for getting around (it was fairly central).
I was disappointed by the noise levels, especially at night. loud music played until the early hours. this made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Earplugs did not help much.
