charming stay
friendly staffreally good foodattentive breakfast
the staff was really cute. the location was great. my room faced the cricket pitch. breakfast offered really good food quality. ingredients seemed fresh and were prepared with care. i appreciated the attentive breakfast timings, which accommodated my schedule. the full english breakfast was excellent.
the entrance hallway to the rooms had some cleaning supplies stored there.

the staff demonstrated excellent customer service. they were accommodating. the team ensured there was food available after kitchen hours because my children's flight was delayed. i found them friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

the room was a good size. the bed was comfortable and had lovely linen and pillows. the bathroom was huge and included a big bath plus an overhead shower. tea and coffee facilities were available.

a quiet escape, a treasure found

the location suited my schedule perfectly. i could visit the green man and st giles church with ease. the room had a tv. the chef made breakfast to order each morning. it was a personal touch i valued. the room included a kettle complete with coffee and tea.
the entrance hallway to the rooms was not entirely pristine. i did notice some cleaning supplies tucked away. attention to this area could elevate the experience.

A full english breakfast was served, tea was in a teapot, and the pork and hop sausage stood out as a highlight. I must admit this was a treat. the food was superb.

The staff ensured i felt welcome, and i appreciated their attentiveness. they arranged a taxi back to gatwick airport for me, which i found very helpful. the personal attention given was amazing. I felt cared for.

The entrance hallway to the rooms felt a little neglected. I saw cleaning buckets and mops in the corners. my room lacked an information book with the WiFi code. i think, it is essential.

the staff welcomed everyone warmly they accommodated breakfast timings to suit all guests the food was superb ingredients were top quality i found the preparation perfect. parking was good surrounding areas were beautiful jules provided assistance she was friendly the meals tasted good. the room had a kettle with coffee and tea chef made breakfast to order daily a tv was present in the room.

The staff was friendly. The breakfast was superb and well worth the money. I enjoyed the view onto the cricket pitch on a sunny Saturday afternoon.
The staircase leading to the rooms was dirty. There was clutter on the landing. It looked there was only one room key and, therefore, my room was not cleaned.
