i often book this location before an early Gatwick flight. i parked my car for the duration of my trip. the rooms offer space. beds were comfy ensuring rest before my flight.

i noticed dust and cobwebs in my room. i was also near public areas. noise from outside continued late into the night.

staff at reception booked my taxi. they did so to the airport for my early flight. generally, team members greeted me immediately upon arrival. the receptionist seemed helpful and efficient.

Disappointing Room and Noise Issues.

strong smellsleepless night

The room smelled strongly of a kitchen. The smell seemed to originate from the a/c unit vent. I couldn't change rooms because of this issue. Loud bangs and fire alarms disrupted sleep around midnight.
