The staff were very friendly and accommodating regarding our late arrival. They prepared a gluten-free breakfast. The rooms were comfortable. We felt very well looked after.

The staff showed great warmth and efficiency. breakfast included a very satisfying derwent cooked breakfast. lolli, a lovely springer spaniel, definitely added to the atmosphere. Everyone, myself included, enjoyed her company.

The hotel staff greeted us warmly , , made our arrival very pleasant. We were actually surprised by a complimentary room upgrade , it even included a bathtub. Pre-ordering breakfast the previous evening allowed us to start our day early. The secure bike storage was a great amenity , especially since we were exploring the nearby trails.
The soundproofing between rooms was minimal. I could hear other guests, but it was easily managed with earplugs.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating, i found that lovely. the breakfast was excellent, a very good start to the day! the bathroom was huge. It had ample space.
The room was a bit small. i was unable to easily get to the window because the headboard of the bed was against it. the heater in the wardrobe had some dirt on it. That was not ideal.
