the location is really great it is so close to the river walk the royal palace and the museum. buffet breakfast has lots of choices. the elevator made getting in and out easier. i also liked the nice large lobby for group gathering

i had great expectations but sadly it was the worst experience of our trip. the room was awful and the bathroom dangerous. this beautiful room was tired and in need of maintenance. i honestly felt i would fall through the base of the bath

the room was spacious it had a fridge a safe and even fruit provided tea and coffee were available too. the bathroom was clean and all amenities were in good condition i enjoyed my stay here.

staff members were friendly warm cute and accommodating throughout the stay. the reception was efficient and helpful for check-in and other requests. the staff seemed genuinely interested in providing a great experience.

The TV in my room was damaged. It needed updating. I also spotted a cockroach. That indicated the room wasn't very clean.

the rooftop bar provided fabulous cocktails. the location is central, approximately 200 meters from the museum. i found breakfast to be great (the egg station was excellent).

The shower head in my room was slightly broken. It could benefit from renewal.
