Absolutely fantastic stay!

The room was very clean and tidy! The rooftop bar and pool were fantastic, I especially enjoyed the panoramic views. Security at the hotel was present and visible. This. I'd happily return to this hotel next time!
The breakfast was alright. Some of the options were pretty average.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They were available at all times to assist with requests and questions. I found them polite and prompt in their responses, so I had a wonderful experience.

The room included a comfortable king-size bed, a desk area, and a seating area with a small table. The bathroom featured a rainfall shower and provided complimentary toiletries. I had a great stay at a great hotel.

The rooftop pool area included about twenty loungers and provided towels . The gym had three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. This hotel exceeded my expectations!

The hotel is a short walk from the riverside area. It takes approximately three minutes. There are many bars and restaurants located nearby, so the area is full of life. I loved it!

the rooftop bar offered expansive views.
Check-in was problematic. Staff insisted on seeing my visa, even after i presented my passport. my phone battery was dead. i had to search through my luggage for a physical printout to complete the check-in process. this requirement was unlike any other hotel i encountered.

I REALLY enjoyed the rooftop area. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the bar served tasty cocktails. I visited during the water festival AND the nightly music was GREAT. The reception staff were really wonderful. They were super attentive and helpful.

the room included a very spacious layout and decor. The shower had AMAZING pressure. The air conditioning worked VERY well, keeping the room comfortable. I found the bed comfortable TOO.

the rooftop pool area featured clean water and comfortable loungers. The gym had several treadmills and stationary bikes. The rooftop bar served tasty cocktails and meals. There was also live music in the evenings WHICH was nice.

the hotel location is VERY convenient. It is close to the Mekong River AND the lively bar scene. I walked to many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. This made exploring so easy!

unclear minibar charges
The minibar items were not clearly marked as chargeable. I assumed the water bottles were complimentary, but I was charged upon checkout, it was quite irritating. It disrupted my sleep schedule and made relaxing by the pool difficult. It really detracted from the experience I hoped to have.
