this hotel is excellent with happy, respectful staff. security saluted us upon arrival to show respect, i thought it was tender. golf buggy drivers moved us around at my request. the hotel even made my anniversary extra special, it was so sweet. the room was wow, clean, spacious, decorated with such care. the pool inside was opposite the bed, it felt so romantic.

staff offered really good attention, a warm welcome, and prompt assistance throughout my stay. buggy service was readily available for transport within the resort. i loved the way they paid attention to my needs.

my emerald one-bedroom pool villa featured a private pool with clear water. the bed was huge and soft, bedding felt luxurious. the bathroom included quality towels plus soft down feather pillows, it was tender.

breakfast offered varied choices with both thai and european dishes. pressed juice tasted delicious, as well as the afternoon tea served in my room. it was a relaxing treat with great flavors.
