The staff treated me like family. Their kindness was Really good!!! I really appreciated that they accommodated me for a few extra nights when my travel plans changed unexpectedly. The cleaning service was perfect. They were always ready to assist and ensure everything was super clean. I loved the location. It was a quiet street, yet close to everything.
I noticed that the breakfast selection was a little limited for my taste.

The location is very central. It is close to many restaurants and bars. Parking is available right outside the entrance. The staff members were very nice.
Upon arrival, I learned that water was temporarily unavailable. It was brown when it returned. The safe did not work either.

the water had problems upon arrival. the hotel informed me that the water was temporarily unavailable, this seemed honest. the water was brown when it came back. i did not use the water at all. the safe did not function either.

The breakfast selection was limited. it lacked variety, and i found the options unappealing! the safe in my room was also broken. i couldn't use it to store my valuables. This was a security concern for me. The maintenance should check such things before a guest arrives.
