Really good Stay, A TRUE Gem
spacious room clean room window seat great breakfast
The hotel has spacious, clean rooms. I especially enjoyed the long windows in my room, ALSO windows on either side offered ample light. The bathroom featured a window seat and a lovely bath and shower combination. Breakfast was amazing, indeed one of the best I've experienced.
I found the bright green emergency light INSIDE the bedroom slightly disruptive to sleep because it could not be turned off.

The room included long windows at the front and windows on either side, allowing ample natural light to illuminate the area, it was decorated very well. The spaciousness of the rooms enhanced the overall experience .

The manager and staff members were cute. They were very helpful throughout my stay. Their attentive service contributed significantly to a smooth and enjoyable experience, all requests and inquiries were addressed promptly.

I enjoyed the breakfast, it was probably one of the best i have had. The food was amazing and of high quality. The dining area also featured folding doors to let in fresh air.

deep bath amazing toiletries cozy seating
my room had a deep bath, and the toiletries smelled amazing!!! the bed was comfy, a dream really. i found cozy seating areas in the pub, and wood burners were nice to sit next to.
the cooked breakfast was tasty but too big for me. i could not eat it all.

the beautiful family room was perfect for us (i traveled with my kids!). i loved the rainfall shower. breakfast had a wide choice, such a treat!
the green light in the room was a bit bright at night. i found that the service at the bar was slow because the staff seemed busy.

limited cocktails overpriced food
I found a couple of things less than stellar. The advertised cocktails were a no-go on several nights, apparently dependent on who was working. it was frustrating when i wanted to unwind, but the staff said they were too busy. the food, while decent, didn't quite live up to the hype i saw online, so it felt overpriced!

The room was beautifully maintained! everything seemed of a very high standard. i particularly appreciated how fresh and comfortable the accommodation felt. It was really done to a high standard. the staff were polite and efficient too!

the breakfast was lovely and beautifully cooked. my dog was allowed at breakfast. my dog even got a sausage, it was amazing!!! the room was also very nice.
the food was not what i expected. i booked based on social media and previous comments indicating great food. cocktails were advertised but not always available. one person knew how to make them but sometimes they weren't working, or staff said they were too busy.
