I found the reception staff to be friendly and helpful. they showed us to our room. I don't always get that these days! the alcove we had for our late sunday lunch was cozy. it added to the enjoyment of our meal.

The staff was friendly and cute when I arrived.
The room overlooked the car park. It reminded me of a motel room instead of a hotel room. The carpet was stained and the bathroom tiles were moldy. I am glad I only stayed one night.

I stayed in a beautiful double or twin room and loved the comfy bed with lots of pillows. the breakfast was excellent and there was such variety i just couldn't get enough. the staff were super friendly and helpful. Sally at reception really provided amazing service to me.
i found that the water pressure in my room was a little low that did impact my experience a bit.

Plenty of parking was available this made arrival and departure very easy. i also loved the new pub, the bow. It was so cozy. the bar area was lovely as well it was quite relaxing to spend time there.
