the bedroom felt spacious and the beds were comfy i also appreciated the good atmosphere i found in the pub. i enjoyed the good food and its reasonable price especially the great breakfast i had here
waiting at check in took about ten minutes for an unknown reason it was a small inconvenience though

I was kept waiting at check in for about ten minutes. The bin in our room had rubbish in it. This was not ours. The towels was used.

The room was located above the bar, and music was audible until late. This impacted sleep quality.

i found the staff friendly and helpful, which greatly enhanced my experience. the food was great and the room was clean. it was a pleasant surprise to see locals supporting the place.
i had to wait for ten minutes upon checking in for an unknown reason. in the room, i learned about a music festival that would be loud until 1 am. the noise did disrupt my sleep that night.

I booked a table for 630 but when we went to order, most of the menu items were unavailable. apparently, they were stopping food service for good and only doing sunday lunch. the tv in our room also didn't work. We were told it was because of recent storms.
