the location was ideal. i found the check in and check out process very simple. i also got on well with the kitchen facilities. the discount available at a nearby pub was lovely.
the room i had, it felt very unclean. i see stains and hairs all over. the mattresses have holes. also mold grows on the bathroom ceiling. i felt disgusted.

I found the location AMAZING! It was close to the beachfront and the city centre. The room was VERY cosy and comfortable, boasting nice light fixtures and decor.
The room I stayed in was a little cold. An electric heater was provided, BUT it did not seem recently serviced.

The location was convenient. The beach was just a short walk. The provided kitchen had everything needed for self-catering, including a clean and tidy fridge. I found the free car park behind the hotel very useful. It made arrival and departure easy. The owners were contactable, and very pleasant.
I noticed a slight lack of storage in the room. There were no drawers or wardrobe.

the location was perfect, right in the town centre. i appreciated the free parking, a definite bonus. the staff accommodated my late check-in request. the shower was a good size, which i found quite practical.
i found only one teabag provided, and there wasn't any soap.
