the staff helped me get a chair quickly because the room chairs were too low for me. the food was amazing from arrival to departure. every staff member were really good with helping us.
my room felt a little tired. i have stayed in much better rooms in other parts of the hotel previously. the cost was the same however.

this accommodation is close to the hospital. it fulfilled the requirements for my stay. the hotel has a big free parking lot available for all guests.

the room provided two separate sinks. it also included a rainfall shower. i found a wide selection of fresh vegetables at the sunday carvery lunch. a large selection of desserts completed the dinner..
the room was quiet, but i could occasionally hear some noise from the corridor.

The hotel is large with varied seating areas. It was nice to relax outside the room. i saw a live band one evening, but quieter areas of the reception were available too. the front desk staff were lovely and offered good advice about nearby attractions.
i stayed in a room, the bathroom felt very dated with a shower over the bath and the bath towels were not big enough.

the room was spacious and had needed amenities though simple. the room included a tv with multiple channels and a kettle with tea and coffee. a wardrobe provided ample storage space.

The event space was set up beautifully. It featured a roof lantern. It also had a chandelier. Drapes provided an elegant touch. The afternoon tea served was delicious. The chef accommodated many dietary needs. ALL staff seemed friendly. They were very helpful with our needs.
The pipe made a loud, banging noise for one hour when the central heating turned off, waking us up.
