the staff offered super friendly service from check-in! i found halloween treats waiting in my large, super clean room! the bed and pillows were the comfiest i have ever experienced in accommodation.

I really appreciated the attentiveness of the staff . the bar downstairs was bustling. breakfast offered great value. It had a good range of options.
Nearby parking was a bit scarce. Dropping off baggage proved slightly inconvenient.

i found the location excellent for exploring. the room service menu offered many choices, a great option. all staff were very helpful, always ready to assist. the breakfast selection had good variety, i appreciated it.
the noise level from the bar downstairs was noticeable late at night, disturbing my sleep slightly.

The staff were very helpful at the bar. I REALLY enjoyed the meal. The bedroom was clean and spacious, with everything I needed.
I phoned down, and someone came up but couldn't get it to lock, so I ended up with a chair against the door. I was told management would ring me that morning as they weren't in! I am still waiting on that call, so I don't rate management much.
