the staff was very friendly and the rooms were nice.
The lack of parking nearby was a problem. also, the room overlooked a noisy area. I heard disturbances late into the night. it was difficult to get a restful sleep as a result of the noise.

The room included lovely towels and the space was clean. Breakfast is at a sister hotel with great food. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very central.
The window opened only slightly in the room. There was no fan for the room. It was loud until early hours of the morning because we were above the pub door.

The staff were VERY cute and helpful. The room was beautiful and SPOTLESSLY clean. I will return.
There was no fan available for the room and the window only opened slightly. I was directly above the door to the pub below so it was very loud until the early hours. The bed was small (and not so comfortable).
