The location was very central. IT WAS close to everything. The room had tea and coffee facilities which I used a lot. The staff were friendly and the rooms were very clean.
The breakfast had no cooked options. It was only continental. The parking cost an additional fee each night! The coffee at breakfast was poor.

The location was very convenient. the bed was supremely comfortable. i found my room quiet,. the en suite bathroom was a lovely feature. I was very happy.
the continental breakfast had limited hot options and the coffee was not great. also, i wasn't thrilled about the additional parking fee per night! it should be stated more clearly.

the lack of included parking was a surprise. i had to pay an extra fee each night. this should have been clearer upfront. the continental breakfast was also disappointing. i would have liked a cooked breakfast option to be available, that's it.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was new and the shower offered excellent water pressure. Staff members were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the bike lockup area.

the room was very clean and well equipped. i especially liked the breakfast buffet, it had plenty of choice. the staff were also very helpful and friendly (karen at the reception was particularly warm).
