friendly welcome bright room perfect bed linen hot room small bathroom cooking oil
The staff gave a friendly welcome. My bright room had everything i needed. I found the bed linen ironed to perfection.
The single room became unbearably hot, even in late october. The bathroom was far too small, so it was very uncomfortable. I noticed the room smelled of old cooking oil.

Acceptable Room , but Several Issues
poor information refund refusal
The bed was comfortable.
The hotel did not provide clear information regarding opening hours and check in times. They refused to wait for my arrival. I would like a refund for this unpleasant situation.

mixed experience due to noise and wi-fi
poor wi-fi street noise
the room was clean and the location was acceptable.
The wi-fi was practically non-existent. My laptop could hardly stay connected. also, noise was a problem because the room faced the front street. considerable traffic and passerby noise occurred, including a bottle-collecting truck at 4am.

amazing stay above a great pub
cute staff excellent service lovely food pork nachos
I found the staff very cute and friendly. The service was excellent. the food was lovely, particularly the scampi and chips i ordered. the pulled pork nachos were also a treat. They stayed warm until the last bite.
the wifi signal was a little weak at times.

clean room bright room comfy bed friendly staff
the room was quite clean and bright. i had tea and coffee available. the bed was comfy, a big plus after travel. the staff was friendly, always ready to assist.
street parking was a bit difficult at times.

the hotel features a cozy pub on the ground floor, a nice bonus for dinner. i noticed they maintained it well. access to the upper floors is by stairs.
