A Grateful Stay
clean roomlovely decor
The room was spotlessly clean with lovely decor, done to a high standard. I especially appreciated the tea, coffee, milk, and complementary water provided. I had a restful sleep, thanks to the spacious room and comfortable bed.

The hotel is very close to local amenities and easy to reach. It was a short car ride down a lane from wedding venues. It was also near to the river

The staff were really good and helpful. The staff arranged for me to check in early. The staff offered me a lift to the wedding when I could not get a taxi.

Breakfast on saturday was perfect and I enjoyed good food. The food was cooked really well and the coffee was fabulous. I found the cafe downstairs had food and cakes.

Lovely Stay Near Amenities

The room decor was gorgeous! The staff was great and very helpful. The bed was comfortable, and I woke up without ANY back pain due to the firm mattress. The cafe downstairs offered an excellent breakfast at a reasonable price.
The wifi didn't work and it was very LOUD being on the road.

unreliable wifibathroom shelving
The wifi was really unreliable . i needed it for some work, and it kept cutting out. also, there wasn't much shelving in the bathroom for my toiletries. I ended up having to keep everything on the floor. it was a little inconvenient.

unkempt outsidepeeling paint
The exterior wasn't excellent at all. I spotted some items stored haphazardly near the windows, not a pretty sight. Inside, the wallpaper looked incomplete and I noticed paint peeling because of dampness on a wall. Plus, the net curtains looked like they were just taken out from packaging and they didn't look ironed at all. Sink also looked dirty.

The room design was beautiful and the bed felt very comfy! Bathroom facilities were great. They had everything I needed. The room was clean and well-kept. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I am grateful for my stay.
The outside looked very unkempt. There was dumped stuff in the windows. The room looked unfinished with peeling paint off a damp wall. The net curtains was unironed. I didn't like that.
