The room was spacious and clean which was acceptable.

I was frustrated when I found out that breakfast was not included despite the signage outside. Loud music from the bar at 8 AM disrupted my sleep. The dog run area was unclean and smelled of feces.

the room had good wifi i found the shower and bath really enjoyable plus the place felt very warm and cosy. the double glazing made it very quiet. check in and check out were simple because of the side door access.

the fact breakfast was not included wasn't clear when i booked.

the inn's location is convenient it is near chinese indian and general takeaway options plus a shop is just minutes away. on-street parking is available and i found it to be very safe.
