The staff was helpful and kind. I appreciated the airport transfer arrangement (it was very smooth). Breakfast had tasty local food.
The street surrounding the hotel does not look great.

the location provided easy access to key attractions. the staff showed genuine kindness and were always ready to assist. i found the airport shuttle service quite convenient and reasonably priced for the quality.
i noticed that the soundproofing could have been a bit better as i occasionally heard outside noise.

the hotel offered breakfast that was turkish buffet style and it seemed they changed one dish daily.
the airport transfer arranged by the hotel was unacceptable. upon arrival, i waited an excessive amount of time for the driver. the hotel staff was rude and unapologetic after a terrible experience.

wrong airportrude behavior
the airport transfer was a mess. i waited nearly an hour for the driver. when i booked the return, i told reception which airport i needed and showed my flight details. the driver took me to the wrong airport instead. i had to pay extra for another taxi and nearly missed my flight because of hotel fault. they lied and were rude claiming i told them the wrong airport. i found this frustrating and unhelpful.
