a tender embrace in the city's heart
convenient locationfriendly staffspecial stay
I found the location wonderfully convenient. It was close to the grand bazaar and the blue mosque. i appreciated the tram station being right across the street. It made exploring effortless. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, especially the head of housekeeping, pinar.
the minibar temperature was regulated by the hotel. this was a very small inconvenience, but it did affect how we stored our refreshments.

the breakfast offered a wide variety of options. the selection included many choices to start the day well. fresh fruit and local pastries were available daily in the dining area.

the check-in was swift and efficient! the staff assisted with our luggage promptly. the hotel interior looked very pleasing and new, contributing to a positive first impression. the rooms provided ample space and functional layouts, with comfortable beds and pillows for a restful experience.

The hotel has a convenient location near the tram station, with access to major attractions. It is just a few stops away from sultanahmet. yusufpasa and aksaray tram stations are very close, providing quick transport to sultanahmet in just 3-4 stops.

the breakfast offered a reasonable selection, including the option to order an omelette and a soup. however, the hotel could enhance the dining experience through improved food labeling. complimentary tea, coffee, and juice were available 24/7.

The staff were helpful and professional. They were pretty good too support customers. ozkan and ferhat were particularly helpful. They assisted with luggage and ensured a swift check-in. the front desk even contacted us before arrival with airport transfer information.

I was charmed by the hotel's proximity to public transport. The tram stop was just across the street. They made it so easy. the breakfast buffet had a satisfying selection of foods, including made-to-order omelets. the room was quiet despite being near a busy road, which allowed me to rest well.
