Fantastic Stay in the City Center
modern rooms excellent coffee helpful staff
I found the location perfect. The rooms were modern. The included breakfast offered excellent coffee. The staff was kind and helpful . I appreciated the updated rooms and the convenient access to many attractions. The room was super clean. The breakfast provided was wonderful. I enjoyed fresh options each morning.
The unwelcoming girl at reception upon my arrival was unhelpful. I hope this can be addressed .

excellent service delicious food ideal location easy return
The staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Breakfast featured delicious food and drink options. The location is ideal. It is conveniently situated within walking distance of major attractions and the metro. I would happily return to this hotel again.
I noticed the room lacked a full set of drawers for clothes storage. Instead, there were just a few small, single drawers dotted around.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, greeting me with smiles. The staff remembered me and managed my reservation very well. They also ordered a taxi for me when needed.

The location is super convenient. Many areas in the city are easily accessible. It is a short walk to shops, restaurants, the Trevi fountain, and the Spanish steps. This is a very safe location.

central location super clean room tasty option best cappuccino
i found an unexpected treasure. the hotel was just 3 minutes to the trevi fountain and 5 minutes from the pantheon (great for sightseeing!). the room was super clean and cleaned daily. the restaurant included breakfast with other tasty options. the cappuccinos tasted the best!
the elevator was outdated and quite small. it's a minor inconvenience but good to know beforehand.

fantastic stay near trevi fountain
great location modern rooms
the location is super close to the trevi fountain (i walked there in minutes!). the hotel rooms were modern and very clean. the breakfast was great with a wide variety, including yummy omelettes and the best cappuccinos i had in italy.
the spa service was an extra cost (up to 100 euros per person). the hotel is in a converted apartment building and the elevator is outdated and small.
