Excellent Hotel with Great Staff
helpful staff amazing pool tasty options convenient access
I really enjoyed the helpful staff they were always available. The pool was indeed amazing a relaxing place to unwind. Breakfast had diverse and tasty options. The hotel location allowed convenient access to key city districts.
The minibar prices were quite high for some items.

The beautiful room included a spacious layout it also included modern decor. There was a rainfall shower in the bathroom it had premium toiletries provided. A king-size bed allowed comfort and great rest.

The concierge staff was always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. Restaurant staff provided attentive and polite service always. Room service was prompt and they delivered efficiently to the room. All requests were handled quickly.

The outdoor pool offered a nice place for relaxation. The gym had modern equipment including treadmills and weights. The hotel gardens offered peaceful spots for a quiet stroll. There were comfortable lounge areas available.

amazing staff concierge team comfortable room outlets location incompatible outlets steep tub
the concierge team was able to recommend a great restaurant for an authentic experience. the restaurant team at breakfast provided great service and could accommodate food allergies. my beautiful room was super clean and comfortable.
there were no outlets by the bed so i couldn't charge my phone on the nightstand. the outlets didn't match the other italian outlets i had. i had to find an electronics store to buy the right plugs. the tub was steep to climb into and water got everywhere.

quiet area efficient staff enhanced relaxation
the hotel's location is a significant advantage close to key attractions. complimentary entry to the wellness area added a nice touch. the staff demonstrated really good attentiveness. They addressed every request promptly and efficiently.
i found the minibar prices to be somewhat high.
