My stay had some downsides. The room was dated and not as inviting as I'd hoped. The heating did not work despite assurances of recent technical service.. A room change was not offered.

The hotel offered free onsite parking, a big plus for me. the rooms were recently refurbished and well appointed. It gave a fresh impression. checking in was smooth as the staff were both efficient and friendly.
the room i stayed in felt a bit small. the shower was not properly fixed to the wall.
