fantastic stay!
continental breakfast wonderful service good meal
breakfast was a continental selection left right in my room! it was just perfect, exactly what i needed. the service was wonderful and the owner even spent time chatting with me, advising me on local sights, this was a nice quiet country pub. good meals were available at night too.

generous supply thoughtful breakfast comfortable bed
The room included a generous supply of tea and coffee. We found porridge, brioches, and fruit prepared for our breakfasts, it WAS very thoughtful. The bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. Jason was very polite and helpful.
The television was a WASTE of time because it always froze.

the staff was friendly. i appreciated the complimentary breakfast fruit. the room was quiet after the pub closed so i got a good night's sleep.
my room was small for two people. we were getting in each other's way. the bed was too hard and very uncomfortable.

The location was acceptable for my needs.
The room was tiny. I reminded me of a sardine in a can! The bed was rock hard. I may as well have slept on the floor. Honestly, I think the floor might have been more comfortable.
