Wonderful Stay!
great choiceexcellent service
The breakfast was AMAZING!!! There was a great choice of items available and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant offered excellent service and the evening meals were very good. I found my room, situated away from the road, to be very quiet.
Service
10/10
The staff were always available to help and provided excellent, friendly service throughout my stay. The team was very kind, and breakfast service was especially prompt. I found every staff member to be both approachable and helpful.
Location
9/10
The hotel's location is outside of everything, and it is quiet and peaceful. The surrounding gardens are nicely kept. It is a great base for visiting local gardens, including Highgrove and Hidcote.
The location is scenic. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The bedroom had everything i needed (especially the comfy bed!). The bathroom and shower was very luxurious.
The toilet flush button broke twice. The reception was not helpful, offering a bucket to use the toilet. The tv remote was dirty and the hair dryer filter had dirt on it.
