the staff were friendly and efficient i received a warm welcome and excellent service the room felt quite cosy and well-equipped the location proved ideal for exploring the surroundings.
the path from the car park to the hotel entrance lacked sufficient light it made it difficult to see the combination numbers on the door entry system i needed my phone light to see clearly it was a bit inconvenient and could be improved with better lighting

the room offered a comfortable stay with all necessary facilities included it felt very much like a home away from home and i found the layout provided a nice sense of privacy i could unwind easily

the hotel's location offered awesome views and plenty of character i appreciated the peaceful setting and the opportunity to connect with nature the surrounding landscape added an extra layer of enjoyment to my trip. it was a superb place

I enjoyed the setting. Minchinhampton common is a wonderful location. the staff were excellent. They arranged a late check-out at short notice. breakfast was delicious. I had a full english with superior quality ingredients. the staff was very attentive. and accommodating.
the small room was very small. smaller than rooms i have encountered in tokyo. the bed needs replacing.

dinner was excellent in the restaurant with fine views. there was lots of choice on the menu. breakfast in the bar area included a full english option with locally sourced ingredients, and eggs florentine were available.

room 1 featured a four-poster bed and comfortable chairs. tea and coffee making facilities were included. an ensuite bathroom was available, and the room provided a view across the garden to the golf course.

the staff was very friendly and efficient. they were also hard-working. i enjoyed really good banter with the manager throughout my stay. it was a sanctuary.
