the cute experience upon arrival was great. the genuine people at the lobby were always smiling and cute. it, as if i was the only guest at the hotel, the room amenities were always available and the people at the reception were always helpful. they addressed my requirements promptly.
I booked a room with breakfast included. their system initially didn't reflect this. it was frustrating dealing with administrative issues , though the matter got resolved eventually.

The breakfast had a good variety (the fruit selection was excellent).
The check-in process was slow. They requested information already in their system, irritating. Staff seemed inexperienced. You don't expect that from a ritz hotel.
