the staff arranged transport from the airport and kept the rooftop bar open late for us (it was very much appreciated). the reception team was always attentive to our needs. i spent most of my time at the rooftop restaurant, enjoying the atmosphere and the delicious food.

The staff was helpful and cheerful. The location features a great view of the pyramids. The hotel also arranged multiple visits and trips for us.

Our TV did not work. It was never fixed. The hard sell of tours was uncomfortable. The breakfast was average.

cold breakfast roommalfunctioning switches

the breakfast room felt cold it resembled a winter garden lacking proper insulation. limited seating existed there. i found the shower quite small it was difficult to avoid water spillage onto the bathroom floor. furthermore some light switches malfunctioned adding to my dissatisfaction.
