the location was great and within walking distance of everything. my room was upgraded because my originally booked room hadn't been cleaned properly. breakfast was good (i especially liked the coffee!).

the hotel sits right in the town center by the coast. there is free on-street parking available, a definite plus. everything is easily accessible by foot from here, including the nearby facilities.

my upgraded room on level 3 (38) was spacious, clean, and comfortable. the room had amenities and a bright, spacious toilet. the bed was very comfortable, a good factor for a relaxing stay.

The location offered easy access to everything! a short walk took me to distilleries like springbank and glengyle. Glen scotia was also close. my superior king room was immaculate. the hotel staff were friendly and ready to help.
Service in the bar was quite slow. Even when it wasn't busy, i noticed delays.

The hotel's position by the harbour is perfect. The bus station is across the road. shops and local attractions are nearby. Everything felt accessible and convenient.

The breakfast options at the harbourview grille were extensive. The evening meal i had was very nice. there is also the black sheep pub attached to the hotel. It offers food with outside seating.

My room was spacious and well-appointed with a supremely comfortable bed. The food at the restaurant was wonderful, and breakfast offered many choices to start the day right. I found THE location to be fantastic, near the harbour and shops.
The black sheep bar closed earlier than expected one evening, which slightly impacted plans.
