Excellent Stay by the Sea

The hotel is located very close to the promenade. I found free parking spots on the streets just behind the building. My room featured a useful fridge plus a functional fan. The host was amicable and made check-in swift and easy.
The walls seem a bit thin, I could hear some noise from adjacent rooms.

Charming stay near the sea

The location is AMAZING!!! I loved being so close to the sea and the south pier. Claire offered advice. She was very nice and helpful. I will return soon.
The bleach smell coming from the toilet was STRONG. Radiators did not heat enough at night, so it was too cold.

The family room surprised me with its size. Plenty of plugs and a fridge met our needs. A sea view was fine. My daughter enjoyed watching the lights on the south pier at night from our cozy room.

The hotel is super clean. It's honestly so clean throughout all areas. The hotel does not have any meals, but that was okay. I received an amazing welcome from claire.

The hotel is located very near the sea and the shops. It's also close to roller coasters and south pier. The hotel is spoilt for transport options with tram stops and bus stops right opposite. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

The location suited my needs. The staff handled check-in quickly.
The room felt quite dated. I found the noise from outside disruptive. The soundproofing seemed inadequate (especially with traffic). I also noted the curtains provided minimal light blockage.
