the staff were very kind. the room was super clean, i loved that! breakfast was delicious, a divine experience.
there was only one cup in the room for my entire stay. there was tea for one cup as well. one pillow felt soft but the other felt too hard. it couldn't be used at all.

The location proved convenient, with easy access to various attractions. (This made getting around quite simple.)
The breakfast was not as expected. Cereal and toast were the only options available. The shower did not work . Despite mentioning it, the staff insisted it was operational.

I found some issues during breakfast. I was not instructed on the process, so I felt awkward. There was no guidance, staff were friendly but not proactive. I also did not get to make my own toast or coffee, even though everything was on display.
