The location allowed easy access to shops and restaurants. The room had everything needed for a short stay. Parking at princess street long stay carpark was convenient with the RingGo app.. it was only a short walk. The bathroom was particularly nice.
The lighting in the room was somewhat dim.

i found the refreshments lacking. there were no pods for the coffee machine, and the milk was sparse. a teaspoon was missing. this impacts the customer experience

The bathroom had a large shower. I appreciated that.
the rooms were dark, and even during the day, the lights needed to be on. the bed was unmade upon our return from our day out. coffee cups remained unwashed, although bins were emptied (i found that to be quite careless).

the bed had nice linen. the bathroom included a lovely bath. the check-in instructions were very helpful.
i found the metal steps very icy. carrying luggage up and down was quite treacherous. the room was dark and a bit claustrophobic.
