easy access breakfast choice good space cheerful welcome
The location allows very easy car access to walks. The breakfast included choice cereals and juices. The size room includes good space. Staff greeted me with cheerful welcome.
The hotel needs a bit of refurb. The pub and hotel is quite dated. One night here seemed expensive.

the location IS near manor park. i appreciated the clean, well kept room and comfy beds. tasty breakfast WAS a good way to start the day!
