the recently renovated facilities. the furnishings looked new with a high level of quality. i enjoyed having fresh milk in a flask in the mini fridge. it was great that bottled water got replaced every day..
the room wasn't cleaned daily . also, i found it hard to darken the room completely at night. the beds weren't as comfortable as i hoped for.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. the room was clean and spacious. fresh milk in the mini fridge was a nice touch for my tea. The furnishings looked lovely.
The room wasn't cleaned daily, i found this inconvenient. i also thought the room was difficult to darken. This affected my sleep. the beds weren't very comfortable.

The bar area had meals and price that were good.
I found that the room wasn't as clean as I wanted it to be. The toilet and sink seemed to lack proper hygiene. It bothered me more than I thought it would.

the staff were very helpful with directions. i found parking easy upon arrival. the room was warm and cosy.. the bed was also comfy.
the cleanliness in the toilet and shower was not great. i noticed the sink lacked hygiene. the room i was allocated was not the room i had originally booked.

the arrival process felt effortless as i easily found my way with the help provided for parking it was such a warm welcome the staff were faultless and attended to every need everywhere i looked everything was clean and elegant even details like the quality of soaps and shampoos was like a wonderful surprise.

dinner proved to be a five star experience i enjoyed every meal at the hotel restaurant the breakfast was of good value and sustained me throughout the whole day the food was delicious and well prepared.

I stayed in a well-priced room. The room included decent size and great variety. I also enjoyed the excellent restaurant food. The hotel offers great quality.
My room was not cleaned daily, only a slight inconvenience.

The staff spoke some words in Portuguese with us, very appreciated. The receptionist also was very simpatico. All staff works as a team and this was very evident for the visitor.

My room was a spacious, bright super king room (room 4). The bed was especially comfortable, a welcome treat after my travels. I also enjoyed the shower. It had great water pressure. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them.
I found that the minibar was not sufficiently stocked upon my arrival. It lacked a variety of beverage options and some snacks. I would have appreciated a better selection to enjoy in the room.

The reception staff were attentive, providing quick assistance with check-in and offering helpful information about local attractions. Youssef, the server in the dining area, provided excellent service and were really good expectations.
